740 Designs

I recently used 740 Design to stage my home for sale, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They were recommended by my interior designer, and after comparing quotes, their package was the most competitive. The initial consult was quick, and I wasn’t sure what to expect—but when they arrived with a truck full of beautiful, high-end furniture and a professional team, I was blown away. They transformed my house into a dream home almost instantly. The styling was exceptional—everyone who visited commented on how stunning the interiors looked, often saying the house looked even better in person than in the photos, which is rare! Their eye for detail, seamless service, and reasonable pricing made the entire process incredibly smooth. I’m certain their work played a huge role in the quick sale of my home, which received multiple offers and sold in just two weeks. I highly recommend 740 Design and would definitely use them again.

Kate and the team at 740 Designs were outstanding! From the moment they started, they took great care of our newly refinished timber floors, laying down protection before setting up any furniture or staging pieces. Staging a large, 3-bedroom Scarborough apartment is no small task, but their eye for detail and ability to design with the coastal view as the hero of the space was brilliant. They even conducted a walkthrough mid-renovation and still had a clear vision for what would suit the space perfectly for marketing and sale. The final result was stunning—elegant, balanced, and exactly what we wanted. Their hard work and even their impressive truck-reversing skills on a busy highway didn’t go unnoticed! I’ve worked with 740 Designs before, and once again, they delivered beyond expectations. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Service! I decided to use 740 Designs to stage my villa and I'm so glad I did. The process of staging my property from start to finish was so easy and stress free. My villa looked AMAZING! It definitely made a huge difference in the presentation for potential buyers. Nicole, Kate and the entire team are so lovely and professional. Highly recommend!

Great to deal with and made our house look amazing before sale. Was on the market for 6 days.

Service I received at the clearance store was incredible, and nice stuff at very good price.
