I had a big problem - over the last ten years birds would nest every spring on my chimney and the fireplace was full of birds droppings. The Chimney Clean Company first installed a cap on the chimney to prevent any future unwanted "visitors". In a second visit they cleaned up the fireplace. I paid somewhat more because of the state it was in - but it was still reasonable, and now it looks like new.

Professional, friendly, on time, great work. Cleaned up and very careful with our indoor stuff he had to move to get into fireplace (which we don't use anymore). Luis was top notch. Office person was responsive and quick too. Very clear on questions and what would be done. We used them 30 years ago to put on a chimney cap. A storm last week took out a bunch in our neighborhood !

The technician was very professional. He explained everything to me and when he identified an issue, he showed me the problem so I could easily understand what he was saying. Great service!
