Based on 49 Google reviewsI'm working on a Fischer Panda genset and got stuck with technical issues. On a call to their U.S. operation, Jamie identified the part number, confirmed it was in stock, clarified the specific unit I am servicing and directed me to source for a wiring diagram. Maybe best phone call I've had in a month. Thanks Jamie and thanks Fischer Panda for providing excellent support!
The Guys at Fischer Panda Florida have been great. They went out of their way to help resolve my issue. If only all customer service was like this.
